Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

– undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;

– in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition;

– not missing any accessories or parts;

 

Sale items are exempt from being returned for credit.

 

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:

– faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

– damage arising from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage or fitment of the product;

– damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;

– damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;

– damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product;

– where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  First email us at to request authorization for the item to be returned.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

– Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

– Refund if any or partially will be at the discretion of Deco Doorware.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8 days. All returns must be sent back to us via courier door-to-door or brought in personally to our warehouse.

 

Delivery fees will be subtracted from the refund amount.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged within a 7 day period from purchase date with the following conditions:

– A proof of damage/defective report must be attached to the exchange request.

– The replacement will only be sent out once the returned item has been received by us.
